Limited free parking is available on-site and along the streets; Please follow the guidance of our event staff upon arrival.
We encourage participants to carpool or use alternative transportation (such as Grab) whenever possible.
If the parking area is full, kindly use nearby public parking and allow a few extra minutes to walk to EI Base.

Each workshop session has a maximum capacity and participation is subject to availability.
Workshop places are available on a first come, first served basis (based on check-in).
Please arrive 10-15 mins early at the respective studio to secure your slot.
We will only hold your booking for 10 mins after your scheduled session begins.

Bring CLEAN dance/sport shoes or suitable socks, especially when joining dance or theatre activities.

When you arrive:
Step 1 - Proceed to the Registration Counter.
Step 2 - Show your registration confirmation or QR code.
Step 3 - Confirm your registered workshop session.
Step 4 - Collect your event pass.
Step 5 - Follow the event signage or instructions from our team.

Each workshop can accommodate a limited number of participants.
Please note:
Registering for the event does not guarantee access to every workshop.
Only participants assigned to the session may enter.
Late arrivals may lose their reserved place.
Walk-in participation depends on remaining capacity.
Parents should remain responsible for their children throughout the event.

Selected activities may also include opportunities for parents to join their children.
